INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT
As ECCO operates in many different countries all over the world, the screening process may vary depending on job, unit and country. The first meeting with our recruiters could be via phone or Skype, while the second interview will be on site. For some jobs you will be required to complete various tests.

THE SELECTION
Based on the assessment and, if relevant, your references or a background check, we will choose our best match in terms of your as well as our expectations towards a future collaboration. All candidates at this stage will be contacted and we elaborate on our decision. Our best match will receive an offer.
