About the organisation
Hemera Textiles is part of Episode, an international company specialising in vintage and second-hand clothing. From our location in Hem, we process large quantities of clothing every day, which are eventually sold in our stores across several European countries.

Within our Tagroom, we ensure that all clothing is carefully inspected, processed and prepared for our retail stores. Quality, efficiency and accuracy are central to everything we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Employee to join our Tagroom team. Someone who enjoys practical work, is eager to learn new tasks and wants to contribute to our daily production process.

Your role

As a Production Employee in the Tagroom, you will help prepare clothing for our retail stores. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that clothing is processed, checked and prepared for shipment.

You will receive guidance and training from experienced colleagues, allowing you to gradually learn the different tasks and become increasingly independent in your role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and collecting clothing items for our stores.
• Inspecting clothing for quality and identifying any damage or irregularities.
• Attaching price tags and security tags.
• Processing, folding and packing clothing.
• Following instructions and working according to our quality standards.
• Working together with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.

Working hours: 07:00–16:00.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn. Previous experience in a production or logistics environment is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.
