About the organisation
Hemera Textiles is part of Episode, an international company specialising in vintage and second-hand clothing. From our location in Hem, we process large quantities of clothing every day, which are eventually sold in our stores across several European countries.

Within our Tagroom, we ensure that all clothing is carefully inspected, processed and prepared for our retail stores. Quality, efficiency and accuracy are central to everything we do.

We are looking for an experienced and independent Production Employee to join our Tagroom team. Someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative and enjoys contributing to an efficient production process.

Your role

As a Production Employee in the Tagroom, you will be responsible for the final stage of the clothing processing process before items are shipped to our stores. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, carefully and in accordance with our quality standards.

You are able to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and support your colleagues whenever necessary. You will work in a dynamic production environment where speed, quality and attention to detail are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and collecting clothing items for our stores.
• Inspecting clothing for quality and identifying any damage or irregularities.
• Attaching price tags and security tags.
• Carefully processing, packing and preparing orders for shipment.
• Identifying and resolving problems and bottlenecks in the workflow.
• Supporting and helping colleagues whenever necessary.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve daily operations.

Working hours: 7:00 – 16:00.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant work experience who is used to working independently and taking responsibility in a production or logistics environment.

You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production, logistics or similar role.
• You are able to work independently and organise your tasks effectively.
• You take responsibility for the quality and progress of your work.
• You are proactive, take initiative and recognise what needs to be done without constant supervision.
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality and detail.
• You are able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• You have a practical mindset, think ahead and are solution-oriented.
• You are physically fit and comfortable with an active, hands-on role.
• You can speak and understand English.
