Invitation to participate in the incoming buying mission (IBM) in conjunction with international trade Malaysia (Intrade 2015).

Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), the export promotion agency of the Government of Malaysia, will be organizing the 9th International Trade Malaysia (INTRADE 2015) in Kuala Lumpur from November 4-7, 2015.

Over the years INTRADE has become more focus to serve the needs of the industry. In 2014, a new segment has been created from INTRADE to promote the Lifestyle and fashion related products called FACIT@INTRADE. This exhibition is a component of the Malaysia Fashion Week which comprises an exhibition and trade fashion shows.

In 2015, FACIT@INTRADE exhibition will focus on fashion related products i.e apparels, textiles, accessories, footwear & jewellery and cosmetics & personal care.

The trade fashion shows will feature Malaysian designers under Malaysia Fashion Showcase (MFS), together with Asian designers under Mercedes-Benz STYLO Asia Fashion Week (MBSAFW). Only exhibitors at FACIT@INTRADE are eligible to participate in the fashion shows. MFW is jointly organised with STYLO International Sdn Bhd with the aim to elevate and position Malaysia as one of the leading fashion capitals in Asia.

In conjunction with INTRADE 2015, MATRADE would like to invite your company to meet Malaysian manufacturers and exporters in Buyers-Sellers Meeting session at MATRADE Kuala Lumpur on November 4, 2015 (Wednesday). The meetings will focus on fashion related products which include:
a) Garment, apparel and fashion accessories;
b) Textile;
c) Footwear and jewellery; and
d) Cosmetics and personal care.

Foreign buyers selected to participate in this programme are entitled to complimentary accommodation, airport and hotel transfers:

i) Buyers sourcing for designer clothing/garment are entitled to complimentary accommodation for 6 days and 5 nights. Buyers will attend the trade fashion show from November 5-7, 2015. Buyers are advised to arrive in Kuala Lumpur on November 3, 2015 and depart Kuala Lumpur on November 8, 2015. ii) Buyers sourcing for other products are entitled to complimentary accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights. Buyers are advised to arrive in Kuala Lumpur on November 3, 2015 and depart Kuala Lumpur on November 6, 2015. Interested buyers should contact our office clear indication latest by October 2, 2015.
